How long does delivery take?

Dispatched within 2 working days. Delivered in 10 to 25 days.

That is the delay we actually observe from the production workshop. We do not round it down.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is stated on the product page and calculated before payment, never discovered at the last step. Delivery is free over 150 euros.

Can I return a product?

Returns accepted for 14 days without reason, then up to 30 days under our commercial guarantee. The product must come back complete and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt.

Who do I contact about a problem with an order?
